The coffee brewing apparatus comprises a boiler, an air pump connected to the boiler, a conversion valve connected to the boiler, and a water conveying pipe and a steam conveying pipe which are arranged between the boiler and the conversion valve. The coffee brewing apparatus comprises the boiler and the air pump connected to the boiler. As the air pump connected to the boiler is employed, a heater can stop heating after the water in the boiler is heated to the suitable temperature, and then the water is pushed to a brewing device through the air pump. By employing the coffee brewing apparatus disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, a phenomenon that the water temperature is over high as the water in the boiler is continuously heated can be avoided, a user can brew coffee by the water having suitable temperature of 90-96 DEG C, and therefore the taste of the brewed coffee can be guaranteed.
