The coffee brewing apparatus comprises the boiler and the air pump connected to the boiler. As the air pump connected to the boiler is employed, a heater can stop heating after the water in the boiler is heated to the suitable temperature, and then the water is pushed to a brewing device through the air pump. By employing the coffee brewing apparatus disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, a phenomenon that the water temperature is over high as the water in the boiler is continuously heated can be avoided, a user can brew coffee by the water having suitable temperature of 90-96 DEG C, and therefore the taste of the brewed coffee can be guaranteed.
