Abstract

The invention provides a COA substrate. The COA substrate comprises a substrate body, a metal layer, a thin film transistor, a colored light filter, a transparent electrode and a liner, wherein a plurality of through holes are formed in the colored light filter, and the liner is arranged in the area corresponding to the through holes in the colored light filter.
