Abstract

The invention discloses a theory-practice integrated teaching method of a hydraulic steering system curriculum. The method comprises a teaching step based on a hydraulic steering system teaching stand and multimedia courseware and a teaching step based on a hydraulic steering gear assembly display shelf and the multimedia courseware, wherein teaching projects which can be conducted in the demonstration step combining the hydraulic steering system teaching stand with the multimedia courseware comprise cognition of a hydraulic steering system, structure and principle teaching of system components, routine maintenance inspection of the hydraulic steering system, system debugging training and fault elimination training; and teaching projects which can be conducted in the demonstration step combining the hydraulic steering gear assembly display shelf with the multimedia courseware comprise development of learning interest, composition principle teaching of a hydraulic steering gear and assembling and flow distribution relation teaching of the hydraulic steering gear. The method provided by the invention can deepen students' understanding of correlation knowledge, facilitates conversion of book knowledge into practice abilities, and improves the teaching quality of the hydraulic steering system curriculum.
