The electrostatic adsorber system comprises an adsorbing shell, a plurality of ionizing regions and a plurality of ionization adsorbing regions, wherein the adsorbing shell is provided with two opposite openings for allowing the air to flow in and out; the electrostatic adsorber system further comprises at least one first ground conductance piece and at least one second ground conductance piece which are arranged in the adsorbing shell and at least one electric conductance piece and at least one ionizing wire which are arranged in the adsorbing shell in a insulating mode; the first ground conductance pieces form the ionizing regions with the adsorbing shell, the ionizing wires are arranged in the ionizing regions and used for enabling particles flowing into the air to be charged, the second ground conductance pieces form the ionization adsorbing regions with the electric conductance pieces, and the ionization adsorbing regions are used for adsorbing charged particles in the air; the air sequentially flows through the ionizing regions and the ionization adsorbing regions, and at least part of the first ground conductance pieces and the second ground conductance pieces are formed into a whole.
