The method comprises the steps that S1) monitoring data is collected according to requirements; S2) the collected data is screened according to requirements; S3) the screened data is analyzed; and S4) the monitoring report is generated. The step S3) further comprises S32) the title, time and transport route and manner are input to a report template; S32) a data analysis result is called from a data analysis module and written into a data analysis template; and S33) the frequencies as well as the maximum and minimum of over-limit values of the temperature and humidity data, the pressure difference data and the vibration data are calculated via lists, and written into the data analysis template. According to the method, the data is associated, analyzed and summarized rapidly, and the report is generated rapidly; and a transport staff can use the method to process data rapidly, generate the report rapidly, analyze the damage degree to a satellite according to the generated report, and thus, protect the packaging case in the whole course.
