The guide rail type stable conveying device comprises a transverse conveying belt and a longitudinal conveying belt. A side push device is arranged at the corner connecting position of the transverse conveying belt and the longitudinal conveying belt and comprises a side push air cylinder and a push plate arranged at the end of a piston rod of the side push air cylinder. The transverse conveying belt and the longitudinal conveying belt are provided with a guide sliding rail and conveying trays, wherein the guide sliding rail and the conveying trays are communicated.
