The window frame is fixedly connected with the back frame, the GRC face plate is provided with a solar water heater accommodating portion, connecting pipes are pre-buried in the solar water heater accommodating portion and are detachably connected with clamping fasteners, and the solar water heaters and the GRC face plate are fixed through clamping fasteners. The GRC curtain wall plate capable of being provided with the solar water heaters and the novel building-integrated GRC exterior wall system have the advantages that solar utilization and sun shading are integrated, so that attractiveness and functionality are integrated effectively; the solar water heaters are fixed on the GRC face plate through the pre-buried connecting pipes and the clamping fasteners, and accordingly convenience in mounting is achieved without destroying a wall, and waterproofing performance of the wall cannot be affected.
