Abstract

The phased array antenna unit includes a dielectric substrate, a radiation patch and a microstrip feeder arranged on the front of the substrate, and a ground plate arranged on the back of the substrate. In the present invention, the radiation patch is slotted, which not only provides a place for the feeding network, but also reduces the size of the antenna; adopts a coaxial backfeed method, and divides the signal into two channels to perform equal amplitude and same phase on the radiation patch. Feed, so as to excite the TM11 mode of the antenna, so that the radiation pattern of the antenna has the characteristics of a wide beam, so that the phased array antenna has the ability to scan at a large angle; at the same time, in order to achieve a good matching effect, inside the radiation patch The feed network is designed in the form of tapered microstrip lines.
