Abstract

According to the bubble-pressure leakage detecting method for membrane filaments, a glass jar filled with an alcohol solution is adopted, and an unwinding roll for winding undetected membrane filaments and a winding roll for winding detected membrane filaments are fixedly arranged at the inner bottom of the glass jar. The unwinding roll is connected with a first pneumatic motor through a first chain, and the winding roll is connected with a second pneumatic motor through a second chain. A push rod is arranged between the unwinding roll and the winding roll, and a rocking bar is connected to the push rod. By being soaked in the alcohol, the membrane filaments filled with air can bubble; air pressure is related to the pore diameter, and the larger the pore diameter is, the lower air pressure is required by bubbling; the smaller the pore diameter is, the higher air pressure is required by bubbling. By the bubble-pressure leakage detecting method, when bubbles appear above the push rod, the membrane filaments with leakage points are pushed by the push rod to ascend to a high position, and accordingly observation and marking are facilitated.
