Abstract

The invention discloses a device used for preventing scratching of aluminum conductors. The device comprises a plurality of guiding wheels, a plurality of fixing rods, and a plurality of connecting parts. The guiding wheels are used for the wire penetrating, and the center of each of the guiding wheels is provided with a fixed through hole. The plurality of fixed rods pass through the fixed through holes by the bolts, and each of the guiding wheels is fixedly disposed on one end of each of the fixed rods. Each of the connecting parts is fixedly provided with at least one fixed rod, and the connecting parts are used to connect the fixed rods and the guiding wheels with the externally-connected part. The device is advantageous in that the friction force of the aluminum conductors during the production process can be reduced by using the guiding wheels, and therefore the broken line condition generated by the aluminum conductors during the production can be prevented, and the production efficiency of the aluminum conductors can be improved.
