Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a concrete water reducing agent with ultrahigh water reducing capacity. A macromolecule E with ultraviolet activity is obtained through thermal initiation polymerization of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer A, an unsaturated sulfonic acid monomer B and a special monomer C with ultraviolet activity in an aqueous solution by the aid of an initiator D; under the irradiation of ultraviolet light, N-VP (N-vinyl pyrrolidone) and the monomer A are slowly dropwise added to the aqueous solution of the prepared active macromolecule E for a graft polymerization reaction, and the molecule of the water reducing agent is obtained finally. Side chains of the concrete water reducing agent prepared with the method have dual stabilizing functions of electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance, so that the water reducing capacity is much higher than that of conventional comb-type polycarboxylate water reducing agents.
