The application discloses an early-strength heat-insulation type light plastering
gypsum mortar and a preparation method thereof. The early-strength heat-insulation type light plastering
gypsum mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 550-800 parts of
gypsum powder, 100-300 parts of heavy
calcium, 100-300 parts of light aggregate, 50-100 parts of inorganic
retarder, 1-5 parts of early-strength water
reducing agent, 1-5 parts of reinforcing agent, 1-4 parts of
cellulose ether, 5-15 parts of redispersible latex
powder and 400-450 parts of water. The early-strength water
reducing agent is prepared by reacting high-purity gypsum and polycarboxylic
acid water reducing agent solution, and high-activity functional groups in the polycarboxylic
acid water reducing agent are inlaid on the surface of fibrous
calcium sulfate whiskers. The light aggregate is prepared from
autoclaved aerated concrete. The inorganic expanding agent is used to adjust the
setting time, the early-strength water reducing agent and the reinforcing agent are used to improve the
compressive strength and
bonding strength of the gypsum
mortar, and the
autoclaved aerated concrete is used to replace traditional light aggregates such as vitrified small balls and expanded
vermiculite, so that the heat preservation performance of the gypsum mortar is improved.
