Abstract

The invention provides a torsion beam suspension structure for a vehicle for reduction of stress concentration in a portion in which a reinforcement is connected to a torsion beam. Rear swing arms (20) are connected to both ends of the torsion beam (10). An outer wall surface (11a) of the torsion beam (10) is equipped with a seat connection portion (13) connected with a spring seat (40). An inner wall surface (11b) in the vicinity of an opening edge (15a) of an opening part of the torsion beam (10) is connected with a reinforcement (30) blocking a part of the opening part (15). The reinforcement (30) extends from an external lateral portion of the torsion beam (10) to an inner side position of an inner side end of the seat connection portion (13). The opening-side curved section (32) of the inner side of the reinforcement (30) is curved from the vicinity of the opening edge (15a) toward a deep side of the opening part (15), in a state in which the opening-side curved section (32) is connected to the inner wall surface (11b).
