Abstract

The ring cooling machine sealing device comprises nozzles and high-pressure fans. The shape of the nozzles adapt to the gaps. The nozzles are connected to the ash hopper bin wall in a sealing mode. The distance between an air outlet and the trolley lower fence plate or between the air outlet and the surface of a sealing part connected to the trolley lower fence plate is within 15 mm to 25 mm and sealed through air curtains sprayed out by the nozzles. The air outlet direction is toward the side, with the larger air pressure, of the two sides of the gap, and the included angle between the air outlet direction and the horizontal direction is smaller than 40 degrees.
