Abstract

The invention discloses a double-sealing type device used for collecting spray-freezing ice ball particles and a collecting method of the double-sealing type device. The double-sealing type device comprises a collector, a collecting trolley, a vacuum pumping device, heating devices, first sealing pads and second sealing pads. The collector is located on the collecting trolley. The collector is provided with a collecting opening which corresponds to a discharging port in the bottom of a freezing tower. Water inlets are further formed in the position of the collecting opening. Spaces formed after the water inlets are aligned with the collecting opening and the discharging port communicate. When water is injected into the water inlets, an ice seal is formed between the collecting opening and the discharging port. The vacuum pumping device communicates with the internal space of the collector. The heating devices and the first sealing pads are located at the position of the collecting opening. Seals are formed between the collecting opening and the discharging port by the first sealing pads when the collecting opening is aligned with the discharging port, and the second sealing pads are located at the bottom of the collector. A double-sealing manner achieved through the sealing pads and the ice seal is adopted, so that the good sealing performance is achieved, and smooth transfer of ice balls in the freezing tower can be achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of spray freeze-drying, in particular to a double-sealed device for collecting spray-frozen ice ball particles and a collection method thereof. Background technique [0002] Spray freeze-drying technology is mainly divided into two processes: freezing of droplets into ice balls and drying of ice balls. Specifically, the above two processes may be performed in the same device or in two devices respectively. At present, the laboratory-level small-scale spray freeze-drying equipment can realize the two processes of freezing and drying in the same equipment. However, the above-mentioned method is only suitable for small-scale intermittent operations, and is not suitable for continuous operations or large and medium-sized equipment. [0003] In order to achieve continuous operation, the collected ice balls must be transferred into vacuum freeze-drying equipment, and there are usually three problems in the trans...
