Abstract

The invention discloses a test method for the luminous flux of LED light strings. The test method comprises the following steps that 1) test samples are classified according to the light source structure of the light strings, the light strings whose light sources are separated independent units are first type of light strings, and the light strings in which LEDs are assembled on a flexible circuit board or a PCB hard board are second type of light strings; 2) that change of the luminous flux is lower than 0.5% in 30 minutes is set as the stable test condition for the LED light strings, and test is carried out after the condition is satisfied; and 3) for the first type of light strings, light sources of the LED light strings include LED lamps or LED modules connected to a lead in series or parallel, and an integrating sphere system tests the luminous flux of the single LED lamp or module independently; and for the second type of light strings, the test samples are selected in a sample pretreatment method, and a tool is selected for luminous flux test according to the light emitting type.
