The system comprises at least one camera, an image processing device, a communication system, a controller, a smog sensor, an alarm, a fire extinguisher door lock device and a remote monitoring system; the camera is mounted on a wall of the passageway; the image processing device comprises an image collector, a converter, an image processor and an image analyzer connected successively; each camera is connected with the image collector; the image analyzer is connected with the controller; the surface of the controller is provided at least three indicating lamps of different colors and a display screen; the smog sensor is connected with the input end of the controller; the alarm and the fire extinguisher door lock device are connected with the output end of the controller; and the controller is connected with the remote monitoring system via the communication system.
