A discharge slide way, an air tap and an optoelectronic switch are installed towards the right side behind the tapping mechanism in the anticlockwise direction. During machining, the connection pieces are fed through the horizontally-conveying mechanism and are conveyed into connection piece grooves of the positioning molds through linkage of the discharge control mechanism and a connection mechanism, drilling and tapping are achieved along with rotation of the rotating plate, and finally discharge is conducted from the discharge slide way.
