The invention provides a machining device for switch connection pieces. A cam divider drives a rotating plate to intermittently rotate through a connection flange. Positioning molds are evenly installed in the middle of the outer circumference of the rotating plate. A discharge control mechanism and an interception mechanism are installed on the uppermost portion of the rotating plate. A horizontally-conveying mechanism is arranged on the right side of the upper portion of the rotating plate. Positioning rings and a drilling mechanism are installed on the left side of the rotating plate. A tapping mechanism is installed on the lowest portion of the rotating plate. A discharge slide way, an air tap and an optoelectronic switch are installed towards the right side behind the tapping mechanism in the anticlockwise direction. During machining, the connection pieces are fed through the horizontally-conveying mechanism and are conveyed into connection piece grooves of the positioning molds through linkage of the discharge control mechanism and a connection mechanism, drilling and tapping are achieved along with rotation of the rotating plate, and finally discharge is conducted from the discharge slide way. The positioning molds are cleaned through the air tap, and the connection pieces in the positioning molds are judged through the optoelectronic switch. The machining device for the switch connection pieces is novel in design, high in automation degree and high in machining speed and is provided with a certain auxiliary protection device.
