Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimally designing anchor rod grouting parameters through researching characteristics of expansible binding materials in anchor rod grouting. The method comprises the following steps: (1) the type of a rock mass used in the anchor rod grouting engineering is determined; (2) the applicable optimal expansivity is obtained; (3) a change curve between different expanding agent mixing amounts of the expansible binding materials and the expansivity is drawn; (4) a limit pulling resistance change curve under different grouting hole apertures, different expanding agent mixing amounts of the expansible binding materials and different anchoring lengths is drawn; and (5) the anchor rod grouting parameters are optically designed.
