The wheel set axial loading device (3) is used for applying axial displacement to the simulation wheel set (22). The brake fatigue test system has the advantages that the to-be-tested brake is mounted on the brake mounting rack, pressure and axial acting force to the wheel set during braking of the brake are simulated, the brake is subjected to a fatigue test under the acting force, and accordingly, performance parameters of a brake shoe and the brake can be acquired.
