A first electric valve is arranged on the second pipeline. A sixth pipeline is arranged on the second pipeline and provided with a second electric valve. A water outlet of the circulation water tank is connected with the water pump through a third pipeline. A third electric valve is arranged on the third pipeline. The water pump is connected with a water inlet of the coiled pipe through a fourth pipeline. A water outlet of the coiled pipe is connected with a water return opening of the circulation water tank through a fifth pipeline. An overflowing opening is formed in the water collection tank.
