The water pan is connected with the water collection tank through a first pipeline. A water inlet of the water collection tank is connected with the circulation water tank through a second pipeline. A first electric valve is arranged on the second pipeline. A sixth pipeline is arranged on the second pipeline and provided with a second electric valve. A water outlet of the circulation water tank is connected with the water pump through a third pipeline. A third electric valve is arranged on the third pipeline. The water pump is connected with a water inlet of the coiled pipe through a fourth pipeline. A water outlet of the coiled pipe is connected with a water return opening of the circulation water tank through a fifth pipeline. An overflowing opening is formed in the water collection tank. A low liquid level sensor, a middle liquid level sensor and a high liquid level sensor are sequentially arranged in the circulation water tank from bottom to top, condensate water is collected and used for space cooling, energy efficiency is saved, and energy saving and environment friendliness are achieved.
