The extractor comprises a head and a needle cylinder, the head is provided with an extracting passage, the needle cylinder is connected at the bottom end of the head and communicated with the extracting passage, a switching connection port communicated with the extracting passage is arranged on the top surface of the head, a plurality of grabbing teeth are distributed on the bottom surface of the needle cylinder evenly, and a barb groove is formed in the lower portion of the needle cylinder.
