An specific embodiment of the automated operational system comprises a task receiving server, a task distribution server and an automation task processing server, wherein the task receiving server is used for receiving an automation task from a resource management system, adding the automation task to a corresponding task buffer queue and determining a type of the automation task; the task distribution server is used for distributing the automation task in the task buffer queue to the automation task processing server of the corresponding type; and the automation task processing server is used for processing the received automation task. By using the system and the method of the invention, a requirement of coupling between a resource management system and the automation task processing server is reduced so that development difficulty is reduced and operational efficiency is increased.
