The pressurizing device comprises a cylinder, an upper base, a first diamond, a second diamond, a gasket, a piston and a lower base, wherein an opening of the cylinder is formed downwards; an optical window for emitting exciting light and collecting a measured sample signal is at the center of the upper bottom of the cylinder; the upper base is located at the upper bottom in the cylinder; the first diamond is located at the center of the upper base in the cylinder; the second diamond is located under the first diamond; the gasket is located between the first diamond and the second diamond and is in tight contact with the first diamond and the second diamond to form a sample chamber for storing a sample and a ruby; the piston is in sliding match with the inner diameter of the cylinder; and the lower base is similar to a T shape, is located at the lower end of the second diamond and is used for supporting the second diamond.
