Abstract

The invention provides a health detection method and device, applied to gateway equipment. The gateway equipment performs health detection of multiple servers; and the servers are configured with multiple same service nodes. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining node information of each service node; classifying the service nodes according to the node information; selecting one service node from each class of service nodes to perform health detection; and sharing a health detection result to other service nodes in the same class of service nodes.
