The method includes the steps that identifiable tags are allocated to express items; a courier places the express items needing to be delivered into a car system of the elevator so that each express item can have the corresponding unique identifiable tag; the state of the tags in the elevator moving process is monitored; and signing receiving of the express items is monitored according to the tags, and it is confirmed that delivering of the express items succeeds. The system is further included and comprises a delivering device connected with the car system, a monitor connected with the elevator and an intelligent mobile terminal, and the point-to-point transportation and signing receiving of the express items in the last one kilometer is guaranteed. According to the delivering method, only one time of elevator delivering is needed, elevator transferring is not needed, and the work efficiency is improved.
