The data processing method for SDN Mobile Ad-Hoc Network includes the steps: performing self-learning on a data message to be processed and constructing a first flow entry; judging whether a flow entry being identical to a matching domain of the first flow entry exists in a disaster backup flow table; if so, deleting the flow entry being identical to the matching domain of the first flow entry and adding the first flow entry in the disaster backup flow table; and if not, adding the first flow entry in the disaster backup flow table; judging whether the data message to be processed matches the first flow entry added in the disaster backup flow table; if so, according to the first flow entry in the disaster backup flow table, processing the data message; and if not, according to the default flow entry, processing the data message.
