The compressor rotor balancing clamp comprises a first swing frame which is arranged on the other end portion of the low-pressure shaft to fixedly support the low-pressure compressor rotor, a second swing frame which is arranged on the bearing to radially position and support the low-pressure compressor rotor, a positioning rack which is arranged on the low-pressure internal support to radially position the low-pressure compressor rotor, and an axial positioning mechanism which is connected with the first swing frame, the second swing frame and the positioning rack to axial position the low-pressure compressor rotor. The technical problem of bouncing during low-speed dynamic balancing test of the low-pressure compressor rotor is solved, the positioning is reliable, the accuracy is high, the structure is simple, the weight is light and the operation is convenient.
