Problems solved by technology

[0005] For the problem of contact after deformation of a large complex structure, due to the large size of the structure, it is difficult to establish a solid model to solve it. Generally, a plate-bar model is established, and it is impossible to set a solid contact pair and establish a contact relationship; and the contact that occurs after deformation is difficult to predict in advance. Estimation, GAP meta-calculation of contact force is no longer applicable

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for calculating a contact force of a structure after deformation, and belongs to the field of airplane structure strength finite element analysis. The method comprises the steps of firstly, establishing a nonlinear finite element model of a whole part, and performing solution computation to obtain a contact part after deformation; secondly, applying an additional load to a finite element model node of the contact part after the deformation to counteract the contact force, and performing solution computation again; and finally, viewing whether the contact part is already in a zero-clearance state or not, otherwise, adjusting the additional load until all parts are in zero-clearance states, and obtaining the contact force of the structure. According to the method, a nonlinear contact relationship is simulated by adopting a linear method, and the contact force of the structure after the deformation is quickly calculated directly based on existing plate and rod models without re-establishing an entity model and establishing a nonlinear solving relationship, so that the method is simple and high in computing efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of finite element analysis of aircraft structure strength, in particular to a method for calculating contact force after structure deformation. Background technique [0002] In order to avoid interference, there is a certain gap between the wing surfaces on the aircraft at the beginning of the design, but after the overall deformation of the aircraft under load, some parts come into contact because the reserved gap is not enough, and there is a nonlinear contact force. The structure of the aircraft is complex and the force is nonlinear. The location where this type of contact occurs cannot be predicted in advance, and the existing contact force is also difficult to calculate. [0003] In the prior art, for the commonly used connection methods such as bolts or screws, due to the small size of the structure, solid modeling is generally used to set the properties of the contact pair and solve the contact force. The resu...
