Abstract

The present invention discloses a surgical knotter, comprising a long and thin cannula, a knotter forceps head, a knotter shank, a handle and a pulling rod, wherein the long and thin cannula is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite to each other; the knotter forceps head comprises a first forceps piece arranged at the first end of the cannula and a second forceps piece rotatably connected to the first forceps piece; the proximal end of the knotter shank is connected to the second end of the cannula, and a through hole is formed in the part, close to the cannula, of the knotter shank; the handle is formed by two arm portions extending from the distal end to the proximal end of the knotter shank; the pulling rod is movably arranged in the through hole and the cannula in a matched manner; the second forceps piece is rotatably connected to one end of the pulling rod; the tail ends of the two arm portions are connected to the other end of the pulling rod by linkage mechanisms; and grasping portions are formed at the parts, close to the cannula, of the two arm portions.
