The invention discloses a personal medical information recommending method and system based on cloud computation. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring personal health information of a user, and storing the acquired personal health information in a cloud end to obtain a personal cloud of the user; acquiring a query condition input by the user; clustering all page sets P={P<1>, P<2>, P<3>,..., P<n>} of the cloud end according to the query condition and the personal health information in the personal cloud; computing an information entropy H<(T)> of an ith cluster; computing a recommendation degree CEPR (P<i+1>) of an (i+1)th page P<i+1> in the ith cluster according the information entropy H<(T)> of the ith cluster; and sequencing all the pages according to the recommendation degrees of the pages, and recommending the page with a highest recommendation degree to the user. The method and the system have the beneficial effects that the 'personal cloud' is built by acquisition of the personal health information of the user, and an individual-oriented health information query entrance and more reliable recommendation information are provided, so that the disease judgement accuracy is increased, and individual disease prediction becomes possible.
