Abstract

The FPC structure comprises an FPC body, a raised-line-shaped tail end and a gasket, wherein the gasket is arranged on the surface of the raised-line-shaped tail end; a back side of the raised-line-shaped tail end is provided with a first double faced adhesive tape; the first double faced adhesive tape is a high-temperature double faced adhesive tape; and a back side of the FPC body is provided with a second double faced adhesive tape. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: attaching the first double faced adhesive tape to the raised-line-shaped tail end on the back side of the FPC; punching the raised-line-shaped tail end and a substrate hole; treating the gasket by an SMT (Surface Mount Technology); attaching the second double faced adhesive tape to the back side of the FPC body; and lastly, punching the FPC body. Through adoption of the manufacturing method, the double faced adhesive tape is attached to the back side of the raised-line-shaped tail end, so that the FPC is free from wrinkles; a substrate of an FPC profile is free from flanging; the substrate and release paper are free from openings; and the size accuracy of the punched FPC profile is ensured.
