Problems solved by technology

[0012] However, during this process, due to the lateral condition of the rail, a lateral force is repeatedly applied to the fastening bolts 31 of the fixedly supported guide plate 28, and severe bending loads may act on the fastening bolts 31, resulting in the tightening of the fastening bolts 31. Bending and causing damage to the fastening bolt 31
Therefore, the lifetime and replacement cycle of the bent fastening bolt 31 and the entire rail fastening device may be undesirably shortened

Abstract

The present invention relates to a rail fastening device having an outer chest for inducing a shear load, configured such that a transverse load transmitted from a rail is induced to be counterbalanced en route to a large extent, without acting as a bending load regarding a fastening bolt, and to act as a shear load, thereby suppressing damage to the fastening bolt and lengthening the life of the entire product, the rail fastening device comprising: a base plate; an elastic pad; a guide plate; a fastening clamp; a fastening bolt; and an outer chest which is installed tightly on the upper surface of the crosstie so as to make a frictional contact, which has a bottom plate for mounting the elastic pad and the guide plate such that the lower end surface of the guide plate is tightly mounted on the upper surface of the bottom plate, which has support portions on the left and right sides of the bottom plate to tightly support the guide plate, respectively, and which has through-holes successively penetrated by a fastening bolt that penetrates the guide plate, wherein, when a transverse load is applied from a rail to the guide plate, the outer chest supports the guide plate by means of the support portions, counterbalances the transverse load by means of resistance resulting from the frictional contact with the crosstie, and induces the counterbalanced transverse load so as to act on the fastening bolt as a shear load occurring on a parallel surface that contacts the crosstie.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rail fastening device with an outer box for inducing shear loads, configured to induce transverse loads transmitted from the rail, which are largely counteracted en route, so that for the fastening bolts no Instead of acting as a bending load, it acts as a shearing load, so damage to fastening bolts is suppressed and the life of the entire product can be extended. Background technique [0002] Railways generally include subgrades, ballast beds, sleepers, rails and railway structures. In railways, a ballast is aggregated gravel formed on a roadbed, and is mainly classified into ordinary ballast, auxiliary ballast, and concrete ballast. Sleepers are laid under the rails to hold the rails firmly in place while supporting and widely distributing the vehicle loads transmitted by the rails to the track bed. Sleepers are mainly classified into wooden sleepers and concrete sleepers. The rails are placed in place on concrete sleepe...
