constant power load, a square law torque load, a linear law torque load and a first-order differential load; a typical load and a linear combination thereof are used for representing the construction of a twin-
trawling experiment platform for a given
load torque; the driving
motor controller inputs a set reference rotating speed, the
torque sensor measures the driving torque, the motor rotating speed of the driving motor is measured, and two parameters are fed back to the driving
motor controller; and through theoretical analysis, load coefficients KcT, Kcp, Ksq, K1 and Ka of typical loads in to-be-simulated loads are obtained, the load coefficients KcT, Kcp, Ksq, K1 and Ka are substituted into the formula to obtain Tref, the Tref is input into a load
motor controller, the load motor controller controls a load motor, and
simulation of applying complex
load torque to a driving motor end is achieved. The purpose of simulating the working condition by simply adjusting the coefficient is achieved, the working condition
simulation cost is effectively reduced, and the
development period is shortened.
