Abstract

The invention provides a calibration method of standard cylinder curved surface point measurement equipment, which includes: based on pose tracking and distance measurement, measuring a point on the upper surface of a cylinder under the condition that the pose of a reference ball and distance sensor assembly is not changed, and performing point measurement by moving a large angle along the side surface of the cylinder; enabling the measuring points to respectively fit a plane and a circumference, and calculating an optical axis direction U of the distance sensor under a reference spherical coordinate system TaCS and a coordinate Q of a coordinate system TCS original point of the distance sensor in the coordinate system TaCS, so that a subsequent calibration calculation process is simpler;the problem that the relative position relation between the distance sensor and the calibration reference ball is accurately obtained when manufacturing and assembling errors exist is solved. According to the invention, the standard cylinder with low price is adopted to acquire the position of the positioning device and the distance of the distance sensor, thereby saving the calibration cost; theassembly size relation of the two sensors is accurately calculated, the universality is enough, and the factory machining efficiency is improved.
