Abstract

The invention discloses a multiple gas blending system, which comprises a flow rate control system and a blending system. The flow rate control system includes at least two single gas branch paths which are connected in parallel, and an input main gas path which is connected to outlet ends of all single gas branch paths and is used for transporting all single gases to the blending system. A gas inlet connection port, a filter, a flow rate control meter, a first one-way stop valve and a second one-way stop valve are successively disposed on each single gas branch path in the input air flow direction. The flow rate control meter is connected to a computer system or a programmable logic controller. The blending system includes a static blender which is connected to the input main gas path, a flow rate meter which is connected to the static blender through a pipeline, and a blended gas outlet. The multiple gas blending system improves mixing precision of multiple gas and can control the difference between actual concentration and preset concentration of each component in the blended gas to be within the range of +/- 2.0% of the preset concentration.
