Abstract

Inflation equipment and an inflation method thereof are used for continuously and automatically inflating a stack of inflation buffering bodies. The inflation equipment comprises a machine head and a feeding table. An inflation nozzle and a positioning tool are arranged at the bottom of the machine head. The inflation buffering bodies are limited to be in an oppositely stacking state. The positioning tool can be vertically inserted into each inflation buffering body for positioning. The inflation nozzle is attached to a single-film inflation opening of the corresponding inflation buffering body and forms a relatively sealed environment in the inflation process. Air enters each single-film inflation opening through the inflation nozzle. The inflation equipment can be used for continuously and automatically inflating the stack of inflation buffering bodies, and only an air source needs to be supplied in the inflation process.
