Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of herba dendrobium devonianum paste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting fresh herba dendrobium devonianum, washing the fresh herba dendrobium devonianum to be clean, peeling the fresh herba dendrobium devonianum, and cutting the peeled fresh herba dendrobium devonianum into segments; (2) selecting high-quality fructus ziziphi jujubae, washing the high-quality fructus ziziphi jujubae to be clean, and removing the stones of the washed high-quality fructus ziziphi jujubae; (3) adding the fresh herba dendrobium devonianum and fructus ziziphi jujubae into a juicer at the weight ratio of 2 to 1, and adding 25-35-fold amount of water into the juicer; (4) carrying out juicing for 1-3 min; (5) carrying out filtering; (6) heating the filtered liquid under moderate heat till the filtered liquid reaches the boiling state; (7) boiling the liquid under gentle heat for 15-25 min, thus concentrating the liquid to form paste; and (8) placing the paste till the paste reaches the cool state, packaging the paste into a bottle, and carrying out sealed storage. According to the preparation method, the juicing method is adopted, herba dendrobium devonianum and fructus ziziphi jujubae are juiced after being mixed, so that the palatability of the herba dendrobium devonianum paste is increased, meanwhile, the preparation time and cost of the herba dendrobium devonianum paste are also reduced, after the two medicine-food homologous materials, namely, herba dendrobium devonianum and fructus ziziphi jujubae are adopted for preparing the paste, the obvious effect of enhancing the immunity is achieved.
