Abstract

The invention discloses a hanger for hub microarc oxidation. The hanger comprises a main body bracket, a support frame and contact pieces; the main body bracket is C-shaped; the lower end of the main body bracket is fixedly connected with the support frame; the contact pieces are arranged on the main body bracket and the support frame; and an elastic fixing mechanism is arranged on the main body bracket. The hanger for hub microarc oxidation has the following beneficial effects: (1) the hanger adopts C-shaped design and elastic fixation, is convenient for installation and disassembly of a magnesium alloy hub, and facilitates improvement of the production efficiency; (2) the design prevents contact with the core part of the magnesium alloy hub, and the contact pieces easy to lose can be replaced, so that the hanger is long in service life; (3) the hanger adopts a microarc oxidation-electrophoresis process to treat; an obtained composite film layer is high in binding force and excellent in insulation, and resists high pressure and corrosion; and the hanger is adopted to perform microarc oxidation treatment for the magnesium alloy hub to achieve high film forming efficiency and good film layer quality; and (4) the repeated electrophoresis can be performed for the failed hanger, so that the hanger is longer in service life.
