Abstract

The invention relates to an online state monitoring method for an on-load tap changer of a converter transformer. The online state monitoring method comprises the steps of: (1) acquiring vibration signals of a contact and a dialing piece by means of a vibration signal acquisition device during the shifting process of the on-load tap changer of the converter transformer; (2) performing denoising processing on the acquired vibration signals; (3) and comparing the denoised vibration signals of the on-load tap changer with vibration signals in a normal state, judging whether the on-load tap changer operates normally, and giving out anomaly prompting information if the on-load tap changer operates abnormally. The trial proves that, sudden failures can be effectively prevented and reduced after adopting the online state monitoring method provided by the invention, and the safe and reliable operation of the converter transformer can be further ensured.
