Abstract

The tension self-adjusting pay-off rack comprises a frame body, a first rolling shaft, a second rolling shaft, a tension sensor and anti-loosening devices, wherein the frame body comprises a tray-loading bottom plate with a rising slope, and side plates which are arranged on both sides of the bottom plate; the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft are horizontally arranged between the two side plates; the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft are arranged one after the other; the second rolling shaft is adjustably arranged above one side of first rolling shaft; and the anti-loosening devices are arranged on the side plates between the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft. After a cable tray is pushed and rolled to a position between the first rolling shaft and the second rolling shaft of the pay-off rack, tray loading can be finished without tray lifting, shaft passing or shaft locking, so that operations are easy, and the efficiency is high.
