The method comprises the steps of receiving a first service feature value of service sent by the smart gateway, wherein the first service feature value is obtained after the smart gateway extracts data streams flowing by the smart gateway when a terminal accesses a network; comparing the first service feature value with a pre-stored second service feature value of the service, and determining a first comparison feature value of the service; determining a service type identifier of the service if the first comparison feature value of the service is greater than a service feature threshold value of the service, and sending the service type identifier of the service to a gateway management platform through the smart gateway, thereby enabling the gateway management platform to process the service type identifier of the service.
