According to the method of the invention, high-accuracy clock synchronization is realized by using sound technologies; a synchronization node transmits modulation sound signals, and nodes realize clock synchronization according to the arrival time of the sound signals and the coordinate information of each node; a positioning request is initiated autonomously through the intelligent mobile terminal of a user; a server is only responsible for command response and distribution; and indoor positioning is achieved through sound signal interaction between the user and a beacon node. Since all positioning calculation processes are carried out in the node ends and the intelligent mobile terminal of the user, better user privacy protection can be realized. Without relying on indoor disabled GPS signals and extra hardware equipment, the method of the invention can realize high-precision indoor positioning just by means of the microphone, the loudspeaker and the processor of the intelligent mobile terminal and through the interaction of linear frequency modulation sound signals between the user and the beacon.
