The DSP controller obtains a voltage of each lead-acid battery through the lead-acid battery voltage detection module; and when the balance degree between the lead-acid batteries is greater than a set threshold, the lead-acid battery with the maximum voltage is discharged through the high-current discharge resistor according to a set time. The system adopts a DSP as a main balance controller, so that the system cost is reduced; the system adopts a contactor matrix for realizing high-current discharge of the lead-acid batteries, so that the reliability of balance is improved and high-current discharge is realized; and the system is simple in structure, convenient in operation, safe, reliable and good in balance effect.
