Embodiment 1

[0029] a. Preparation of culture medium: Prepare 1L of boiling water. When the water boils, dissolve 100g of brown sugar in the water. After the brown sugar dissolves, stop heating. When the temperature of the boiling water drops to 25°C, add 2 tablets of vitamin ingredients: 3mg vitamin B1, 0.2mg vitamin B6, 1.5mg vitamin B2, 10mg nicotinamide and 1mg d-calcium pantothenate are ground into powder and added to water;

[0030] b. Activation: Pour brown sugar water into a brown bottle, add 10g of EM strains, shake well, and seal the cap. When the temperature is low, put the brown bottle into an incubator at a temperature of 36°C for 3 days. In summer, put the brown bottle into Seal the carton well and keep it away from light. During the activation period, open the bottle cap to deflate once. Open the bottle cap after 3 days and smell a strong sweet or sour smell, indicating that the activation is successful;

Abstract

The invention discloses a straw composting method applicable to desertification control. The straw composting method comprises the following steps: enlarging cultivation through activation of EM bacteria, performing straw pre-treatment, and performing composting fermentation. As the EM bacteria are adopted for fermentation on straw (cotton straw and corn stalk) and manure, the straw is turned into a fertilizer which can be easily applied to soil, and the fertility of soil can be improved. Due to addition of a water retaining agent in an organic fertilizer, the water retention property of the organic fertilizer in a sandy land can be improved. The fermented fertilizer is applicable to forest planting fertilization of fixed and semifixed dunes. On one hand, the fertility of soil of a sand bed can be improved, on the other hand, the sand structure can be improved and the water retention property can be improved, moreover, insects (including eggs) in the straw and weed seeds can be killed by the heat generated in the fermentation process, and thus a good condition can be created for forest planting in desert areas. The straw composting method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, relatively small in workload and easy to handle by farmers in wide desert areas, the fertilizer can be separately used and used together with a composite fertilizer, and soil acidification can be effectively inhibited and prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for composting by using EM bacteria and straw, in particular to a method for producing organic fertilizer by using agricultural straw and manure, which is suitable for large-area afforestation in sandy areas. Background technique [0002] There are three main ways to deal with agricultural straw: 1. as silage feed; 2. simply crushing and returning to the field; 3. incineration. Silage feed only accounts for a small part of agricultural straw; simply crushing the straw returned to the field will result in incomplete fermentation of the straw, accompanied by a large number of insect eggs, diseases and weed seeds, which will bring hidden dangers to agricultural production in the coming year; straw burning will cause serious damage to the global environment. pollution is well known. Especially in sandy areas, how to use straw reasonably, with low consumption and high efficiency is an urgent problem facing the vast number ...
