The sleep duration set for the air-conditioner to operate is controlled, and during operating of the air-conditioner, the air-conditioner is controlled to change correspondingly according to the state change process of a human body while sleeping and to output a temperature, a wind speed and a wind direction that make the human body feel more comfortable; as a result, the human body is allowed to have better experience while sleeping; moreover, the operating of the air-conditioner is adaptable to various different sleep modes.
