Abstract

The method comprises the steps that a base station receives detection data sent by a satellite, the data is transmitted to a data processing unit, the data processing unit acquires differential calibration information, and required data is sent to the base station; a vehicle-mounted terminal receives benchmark differential positioning information and satellite detection signals, acquires detection information and transmits the detection information to the base station; the base station calculates calibrated detection data by combining detection information acquired by a GPS antenna and the differential calibration information; and the data processing unit carries out coordinate transformation and filtering on latitude and longitude data in the detection information. According to the civil differential positioning technology based position determining method provided by the invention, precise positioning for vehicle information is provided, and a timely response can be provided when dealing with abnormal movements of a vehicle, so that the loss of property is avoided to the maximum degree.
