Abstract

The technical scheme provided by the invention is that the method comprises the following steps of: 1) tracking of the positions of the steel coils which are put in storage: collecting put-in-storage request information of rolling-line steel coils of a process computer from a process control system on a manufacturing executing system by way of telegraph text communication; 2) decision control of a transport path: determining the optimum transport path of steel coil carrying by the manufacturing executing system and issuing transport chain start-stop information by virtue of the process computer of the process control system; and 3) decision control of storage location: determining the target storage location of the steel coils by the manufacturing executing system, generating a crane command and issuing the crane command to a crane in the region, wherein the crane executes the command to hoist the steel coils to the target storage location. The control method provided by the invention enables the hot-rolled rolling-line steel coils to be efficiently put in storage by using the existing manufacturing executing system and the process control system of an enterprise, and the cost is low.
