The invention provides a laminating device for laminating a base material and an adhesive material. The laminating device comprises a releasing rotary shaft, a separation mechanism, a recovering rotary shaft, an adhesive material laminating mobile platform, a laminating block, a detector and a control unit. The releasing rotary shaft is used for releasing a first carrying belt, wherein the base material is carried on the first carrying belt. The separation mechanism is used for separating the base material from the first carrying belt. The recovering rotary shaft is used for recovering the first carrying belt. The adhesive material laminating mobile platform is used for carrying and transporting an adhesive material to move. When the base material is separated from the first carrying belt, the laminating block is used for laminating the base material to the adhesive material in the direction of the adhesive material laminating mobile platform. The detector is used for detecting the base material on the first carrying belt and generating a signal. The control unit is used for controlling the laminating block to laminate the base material to the adhesive material when the base material is separated from the first carrying belt according to the signal.
